Here is a photo mommy took of me when I was doing my morning cleaning routine =) I thought I’d share it with you.
it's time for a morning routine!
Yesh, yesh, cleanliness is important, even if you don’t feel like it sometimes. Mommy says I’m a lady because I take care of myself just like a lady would. Mommy’s funny, but I do like to be called a Lady =) a lady bunny!
Actually, all bunnies are very clean. Sometimes it’s hard to find out if young bunnies are boys or girls until they go in to have their surgeries to make them feel better. Little boys and little girls need to give presents to vets when they are still little (about six months old is recommended) so that when they grow up big they don’t get scary things like cancer. Plus, it makes all bunnies that give these presents away live longer. If you don’t give them away, you have a good gamble at two years. If you go in for a small surgery, you could live for eight to twelve years, and one bunny has even made sixteen years! Sounds worth it to me. But not any old vet will accept those gifts. Only exotics vets. They know how to kiss bunnies and make you feel better afterwords too. [ear scritches] Also, if your mommy is still using wood shavings, tell her try carefresh, or other products like it. Wood is a known carcinogen. She’ll know what it means.
